Al-Nahrain University organize a workshop on e-government strategy

Al-Nahrain University established a workshop about the e-government system transformation strategy, by participation of researchers and specialists from various faculties of the university. Dr. Abdulkareem Merhej Radhi ECC director mentioned, the aim of workshop is to increase the knowledge, experience and getting access to new developments and technologies of e-government to participate in improving the level of efficiency and effectiveness in the administrative and scientific performance among professors, researchers and members of the university and formations.

ECC hold a workshop on Monday 13^th.Feb.2017, 10 AM to introduce “Warehouse Management Program” which designed and implemented by the staff of the center. All formations of Al-Nahrain University were invited to intend & participate by their representatives to discuss their observations and suggestions about the designed program. As it has been a trading about designing and implementing systems and software’s contributed by ECC.

Electronic computer center (ECC) established the university master plan aiming to achieve E-government, due to archiving and automating all effective administrative regulations of university presidency and formations. The heads of preliminary and postgraduate studies departments at university presidency and representative of registration division at college of Information Engineering where invited to negotiate ECC intention in implementing Student Registration Unified System (SRUS), discussing the most important problems and obstacles encountered in providing accurate and updated data.

Due to develop the skills and capabilities of Al-Nahrain university employees, it is a pleasure for ECC to establish particular free courses for staff & employees according to the date indexed for each. For the courses click here / courses

Al-Nahrain University Electronic Computer Center (ECC) invites the applicants who applied for a participation certificate regarding the hosted courses to attend ECC building located in front of the presidency building of Al-Nahrain University to receive the certification.

باشر مركز الحاسبة الالكترونية بتنفيذ خطة الجامعة الهادفة الى ارشفة و مكننة جميع الانظمة الادارية الفعالة في رئاسة الجامعة وتشكيلاتها سعيا منها للتحول نحو الحوكمة الالكترونية. حيث تم توجيه الدعوة الى السادة رؤوساء اقسام الدراسات الاولية والعليا في رئاسة الجامعة وممثل شعبة التسجيل في كلية هندسة المعلومات للتداول بصدد نية المركز في تنفيذ نظام تسجيل الطلبة الموحد والتباحث في اهم المشاكل والمعوقات التي تعترض توفير بيانات دقيقة ومحدثة .

اقام مركز الحاسبة الالكترونية دورة مجانية في صيانة الحاسبات الالكترونية لكافة متنسبي الجامعة في يوم الاحد المصادف 12/3/2017 وذلك لتطوير مهارات المنتسبين في التعرف على اهم اعطال الحاسبات المنضدية وكيفية اصلاح الخلل الذي قد ينجم عن سوء الاستخدام وذلك بعد التعرف على اهم المكونات المادية للحاسوب وتستمر الدورة لمدة ثلالثة ايام وشارك فيها عدد من منتسبي التشكيلات .

دعوة لأستلام شهادات المشاركة في الدورات

يدعو مركز الحاسبة الالكترونية في جامعة النهرين الذوات الذين تقدموا بطلبات للحصول على شهادة المشاركة للدورات التي أقامها المركز للحضور الى بنايته الكائنة أمام مبنى رئاسة جامعة النهرين لأستلام الشهادات.

اقام مركز الحاسبة الالكترونية ورشة عمل في يوم الاثنين المصادف 13/2/2017الساعة العاشرة صباحا لعرض برنامج أدارة المخازن الذي صمم ونفذ من قبل كادر المركز. وتم توجيه الدعوة لكافة تشكيلات جامعة النهرين لحضور مخوليهم لغرض مناقشة الملاحظات والمقترحات بصدده , كما تم التداول بشأن الانظمة والبرمجيات التي سيساهم مركزنا في تصميمها وتنفيذها .
