The Electronic Computing Center / Systems Division held a specialized training workshop on Tuesday, 5 May 2026, for nominees assigned to work on the Electronic Archiving System. The workshop was conducted as part of the tasks of the Technical Committee for Digital Transformation, which aims to develop official document archiving mechanisms and adopt modern electronic systems for managing documents and official correspondence, contributing to enhancing administrative efficiency and accelerating workflow processes.

The workshop included a practical explanation of the system’s usage mechanisms, management of official documents, and electronic archiving and retrieval procedures in accordance with the approved standards.
